- Simmer ½ cup of coconut milk in medium geat. Add 200 grames of chicken
- Add Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Green Curry and 1 cup of water.
- Heat until water boils, then reduce heat and simmer for 5minutes. Add 100 grams of eggplant, and boil until cooked well.
- Add kaffir lime leaves,sweet basil leaves,and long red chili for garnish and aroma. Stir well and serve.
